Going into Father’s Day weekend, I’ve got fathers on the mind. I lost my father when I was quite young, so my mom had to fill in as both mom and dad. When it came time for me to be a father to two boys of my own, I aimed to be the best dad I could be. They say a father is a daughter’s first love and a son’s first hero.
