We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff has over 140 years of combined experience in orthodontics! Our treatment team consists of registered assistants with dental radiology certification, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars. And in terms of staff retention, we’re family here! (Most of our staff has been here 15+ years!)
Pam – Clinical Assistant
As a former patient of Dr. Pfister, I was excited to join the fun-loving team of Pfister Orthodontics in 2006. As a clinical assistant, I enjoy working with our patients, watching their smiles transform, and building quality relationships with them along the way. I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Matt, since 2007. We live in Litchfield with our amazing children, Landon and Brynn, and our dogs, Harper and Bullet. While I am not working, I enjoy the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Kelly – Clinical Assistant
I have been a part of the clinical team at Pfister Orthodontics since 1996. My favorite part of my job is watching our patients grow up and helping them feel better about themselves by transforming their smiles. Beautiful smiles last a lifetime, and it’s very important to me to be a part of that experience. My husband, Mark, and I live in Brunswick with our two daughters, Taryn and Lauryn, and our black Lab, Mika. I love spending time with family and friends and watching my girls step into the next phase of their lives, attending and graduating from college, and growing into amazing young women.
Jackie – Financial Coordinator
I joined the Pfister Orthodontics team in 2004, first as an office assistant, then as the insurance coordinator. My duties include assisting with any financial issues that patients may have and filing insurance claims. I also assist in most other aspects of the office, from scheduling patients and answering the phone, to sterilizing instruments and helping the clinical assistants. I enjoy helping everyone make the office run smoothly. My husband, Lance, and I have been married since 1997 and have two children, Hunter and Savannah. In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, and playing with my Rottweilers, Rosie and Ruby.
Connie – Clinical Assistant
I have been a part of the Pfister Orthodontics team since 1986. During this time, we have created a lot of beautiful smiles, and I look forward to making many more. I enjoy contributing to the dental health of all of our patients. I have been married to my husband, Brad, since 1988 and have two children, Jennifer and Brenndan. I also have four terrific grandchildren — Gabriel, Ella, Carmin, Deklyn — and a grand puppy Lily. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family and friends.
Nikki – Financial Coordinator
I have been a part of Pfister Orthodontics since 2005 while Dr. Pfister and his team were creating my beautiful smile. I love watching the patients change and grow as we give them quality care and a smile that will last a lifetime. You will find me at the front desk to assist you with scheduling your appointments, answering the phone, and to answer any financial questions you may have. I have been married to my best friend, Scott, since 2009. We live in Medina with our three beautiful girls, Rylee, Mya and Kenzee. When I am not at the office, I am busy being a mom and enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Donna – Schedule Coordinator
I have been a member of the Pfister Orthodontics team since 1986. As a schedule coordinator, I look forward to talking with you and scheduling all of your orthodontic needs. Working with Dr. Pfister for such a long time has given me the rewarding opportunity to establish relationships with our patients and their families. I have also worked as a clinician and enjoy being a part of such a terrific team. My husband, Mark, and I reside in Medina. I have two sons, Marc and Evan, and two stepsons, Jason and Jeremy. I have also been blessed with four beautiful grandchildren — Daniella, Norah, Avalyn, and Nash. When I am not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dog (Frank), reading, and traveling.
Trisha – Clinical Assistant
I have been a part of the Pfister team since 1992. I took some time off for a few years, but I am back and ready to create amazing smiles for all of our patients. I love helping to increase a patient’s confidence with the creation of their beautiful smile. My husband and I reside in Medina and enjoy relaxing by the pool, traveling to Las Vegas, and spending time with our dog, Raven.
Terri – Bookkeeper
I enjoy working with my husband, Dr. Pfister, and our awesome orthodontic team. I am a former Spanish teacher, but joined the team in 1992 after our first son was born. I was an orthodontic patient as a teenager and realize the importance of a healthy, beautiful smile. I love to see my former students’ children as patients and appreciate their confidence in our office. In my spare time I enjoy swimming, gardening, playing with our black lab, Mocha and traveling with my husband and our two sons, Stephen and Trenton.
Trenton – Sterilization Technician
I had the privilege of joining the team of Pfister Orthodontics in 2018. I am in charge of sterilization of instruments and running the logistics on supplies and products. I am also the office courier to dental labs and referring dental offices. Work station sterilization and prepping for the next patient also keeps me busy. In my spare time, I like to attend rock concerts and am a devoted movie buff!
